All tours are self guided. We provide a lockbox and you let yourself in and out. We require a driver's license or state-issued identification card prior to authorizing a tour.

No prior evictions. Able to provide landlord/rental history for the past 5-7 years and show a consistent work history. Income requirements vary per property. No violent criminal history or felony drug sale/manufacture.

Generally, you can expect to pay $29 for the application on zillow.com or apartments.com.

Applications are generally reviewed within 24 hours. If you have not heard back after 24 hours, please feel free to reach out.

All leases are one year minimum.

Yes, we allow as many pets as the respective city ordinance allows. No restricted dog breeds allowed. Restricted dog breeds include Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Chow Chows.

Only people mentioned in the lease may reside on property. Subletting is prohibited.

Security deposits vary per property.

Water, sewer and trash are included. The tenant will be responsible for all other utilities.

Lawn maintenance and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise specified in the lease terms.

Smoking in the house is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside only and proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
